Develop Program

A free trial is offered for new members wishing to join our programs for school aged programs. This allows us to view your child’s strength, balance, coordination and flexibility to find the most suitable class for their age and ability.

Each program has skills that all participants will be required to pass to progress to the next level. Assessments will be conducted regularly throughout the year (skills may change during the year as we update the curriculum).

MiniGym (60min class / 4 – 6 years of age – attending school)

This class is targeted for children aged from 4-6 years old. Our Mini Gym classes run for 1 hr per session, and there is no prerequisite for participants to join this program.

All participants will be required to pass all these skills to progress to the next level. Assessments will be conducted regularly throughout the year. (skills may change during the year as we update the curriculum).

Gym Fun (Recreational 60 min class ages 6 – 8 years)

This class is targeted at 6-8 year olds. Our Gym Fun classes run for 1 hour per session, and there is no prerequisite for participants to join this program.

This class runs for 1.5 hrs per session. To be eligible for this class, participants must have graduated from our Gym Fun/Gym Skills program.

Teen Skills  (Recreational 120 min class – 11+ years)

Teen Skills participants work on building on and developing strong tumbling foundations in order to progress towards higher level acrobatic movements and skills. The class includes a strength and conditioning component to ensure the participants improve functionality in their pursuit of tumbling success. This is a great class for the ex gymnast, competitive cheerleader or acrobatic performer ready to hone in on their skills, strength and body awareness.
